A furniture factory, built around the second container.
Soonmao is the furniture division of Zhuzhou Soonmao Furniture Co., Ltd., making rattan and solid ash furniture in Zhuzhou, Hunan since 2019.
Who we are
A furniture factory is only as good as the second container. Anyone can make one good sample.
We build the jigs, the weave templates and the finish records that keep piece number 400 identical to the one you approved. That is the difference between a supplier and a partner, and it is the whole reason we exist.
What we believe
Three things we will not compromise.
- 01Honest material advice. We tell you which material a design should use, not which one pads our margin.
- 02Visible trade-offs. When we change a spec, the saving and the cost are both written down.
- 03Consistency you can reorder. The finish record travels with the order so reordering is a non-event.
The workshop
From raw ash to finished carton.
Cut & join. Kiln-dried ash cut, shaped and joined with mortise-and-tenon construction.
Weave & finish. Hand weaving and a low-VOC finishing line for oil, lacquer and stained ash.
QC & pack. Three checkpoints per order and export packing built for the container journey.
