OEM / ODM
Custom furniture, built from your drawing.
Most of what we ship was never in a catalogue. Send a sketch, a sample or a single reference photo and we engineer it into a manufacturable, contract-grade piece.

How custom works
Two sides of the same conversation.
01
Reference material
A photo, a sketch, a competitor sample or a link. The more angles, the faster we can reverse-engineer the proportions.
02
Dimensions & range
An exact size or a range. We confirm the final number before sampling — most changes within ±20% keep the same tooling.
03
Use & market
Residential, hospitality or retail, and the country you sell into. This sets the structural and fire standard before we cut wood.
04
Finish intent
Natural oil, matte lacquer, stained ash or a RAL powder coat. Samples of your target colour speed approval.
05
Volume & timing
Rough quantity and your opening or ship date, so we can plan the container backwards.
01
Shop drawings
A buildable CAD drawing with section sizes, joinery, weave density and hardware — usually in 48 hours.
02
Costed BOM
A bill of materials with the price consequence of every choice written down, so value engineering is visible.
03
Production sample
A production-intent sample built in 7–10 days and shipped by air for your approval.
04
Container plan
A loading plan and full export documentation, issued before dispatch.

Value engineering
When we change your design, you see the trade-off.
A good custom partnership is not about saying yes to everything. It is about telling you, in writing, when a substitution saves money and what it costs in look or durability.
- 01Same look, lower cost. A veneered top on a fixed frame instead of solid; a looser weave on a low-traffic seat.
- 02Same cost, longer life. A reinforced joint, a UV-stable weave, a commercial foam that outlasts the residential grade.
- 03The honest no. Some requests are not manufacturable at the price. We say so early, with the reason.
What we make custom
Anything in our material language.
- Lounge and dining seating in rattan and solid ash
- Outdoor collections in powder-coated aluminium and UV wicker
- Beds, nightstands and storage with woven fronts
- Hospitality banquette and modular seating
- Made-to-dimension tables, tops and bases
- Accessory pieces that match an existing collection
Not sure where to start?
Send whatever you have — a photo from a trade show, a Pinterest board, a competitor's catalogue page. We will tell you what is manufacturable in our materials and what it would cost to develop.
