Yes. Roughly 80% of what we ship starts as a customer drawing, a designer's sketch or a reference photo. We do the shop drawings, engineer the frame for your market's stability and fire requirements, then build a sample for approval.

20 pieces per SKU as a rule, and we consolidate mixed orders into a 40HQ container. For a first order, smaller trial quantities are possible on stock weaves and finishes.

Sample in 7–10 days, production 30–45 days after sample approval, plus 25–35 days sea freight to Europe or the US East Coast. We plan backwards from your opening date.

Yes. Contract builds are rated to EN 16139 stability and your market's fire standard. Finishes are low-VOC and REACH compliant. Fire test reports and documentation ship with the goods.

Yes. Powder coat colours are matched to RAL; ash stains are matched to a physical sample. Send the reference and we will confirm the match before sampling.

FOB Shenzhen, Guangzhou or Shanghai. We handle export packing, the container loading plan and full documentation. Sample air-freight is available in 7–10 days.

Yes, for upholstery. Send the fabric with its weight and fire rating and we will confirm suitability before cutting. We can also quote a contract fabric that meets your standard.

Yes. Most dimension changes within ±20% keep the same tooling. Finish, weave density and upholstery are all changeable; we confirm the cost impact in writing.

We host buyers' visits year-round and ship reference samples on request. Tell us your travel window and we will arrange a tour of the Zhuzhou workshop.
