A furniture division of Zhuzhou Soonmao Furniture Co., Ltd., operating a 12,000 m² workshop in Zhuzhou, Hunan with a capacity of 18 containers / month. Here is what that workshop actually does.
Production stages
01
Design & engineering
In-house product engineers who turn a sketch into a buildable, costed drawing — section sizes, joinery, hardware and weave density, with a bill of materials you can read.

Material sourcing
Direct relationships with North American ash mills and Indonesian rattan suppliers, plus aluminium, glass and stone. We specify the right material for the use, not the easiest one.

Frame workshop
Kiln-dried solid ash cut, shaped and joined with mortise-and-tenon construction. Dedicated lines for bent, turned and flat-pack frames.

Weaving & finishing
A team of weavers working six standard weaves, and a low-VOC finishing line for oil, matte lacquer and stained ash in twelve tones.

Quality control
Three checkpoints per order — bare frame, pre-finish and packed carton — each with a photo report. Contract builds add stability and fire testing.

Logistics & docs
Export packing, container loading plans and full documentation (packing list, invoice, FSC or test reports where required). FOB Shenzhen / Guangzhou / Shanghai.

Process
Five stages, nothing skipped.

- 02Specification. Shop drawings and a costed BOM within one business day.
- 03Sample. A production-intent sample in 7–10 days, shipped by air.
- 04Production. Dedicated lines, three QC checkpoints, photo reports.
- 05Delivery. Export packing, loading plan and full documentation.
