Materials & finishes
Three materials, specified honestly.
We work in solid ash, natural rattan and aluminium — and we tell you which one a given design should use, and what it costs to use the wrong one.

Material 01
North American ash
The structural backbone of the indoor range. Kiln-dried to 8–10% moisture, worked with mortise-and-tenon joints and finished with a low-VOC system. Solid where it shows, veneered where it spans.

Material 02
Indonesian natural rattan
The surface and the flex. Hand-woven by our team in six standard patterns, from open cane to tight herringbone. The weave density is an engineering decision, not just a look.

Material 03
Powder-coated aluminium
The frame for everything that lives outside. Coated to 60–80 microns and salt-spray tested to ASTM B117 on request, so coastal projects do not chalk and pit within two seasons.

Material 04
UV-stabilised wicker
The outdoor weave. Stabilised to 1,500 hours of accelerated weathering so it resists bleaching and embrittlement in direct sun — the invisible spec that decides whether a chair lasts a season or a decade.

Material 05
Tempered glass & stone
Table tops and surfaces. Tempered glass for light, modern dining; stone and cast tops for heavier contract pieces. Both specified for the shipping and the use.

Material 06
Upholstery & foam
Seat comfort and compliance. High-density foam as standard, with reticulated foam for outdoor drainage. COM accepted; we will quote a contract fabric that meets your fire standard.
01
Finish system
Natural oil, matte lacquer, stained ash in 12 tones, and powder coat colours matched to RAL. All low-VOC and REACH compliant.
02
Weave density
Six standard weaves from open cane to tight herringbone. The difference is mostly labour hours, and we will tell you the price impact of each.
03
Fire & stability
Contract builds are rated to EN 16139 stability and your market's fire standard. We specify compliance before sampling, not after.
